Notice of CoMHWA 2018 Annual General Meeting

The 2018 CoMHWA AGM will be held on

Tuesday 23^rd October at Leederville Function Centre, 246 Vincent Street, Leederville

Please arrive at 5.30pm for registration and seated by 5.50pm

The Board are pleased to announce Associate Professor Sophie Davison, Deputy Chief Psychiatrist as our guest speaker for the evening

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM as it provides an opportunity to meet CoMHWA Board members, staff and other CoMHWA members. Members not attending the AGM in person may nominate a Proxy on the enclosed form. Proxy forms must be received by CoMHWA by 5pm, Friday 19^th October.

A Special General Meeting will directly follow the AGM to approve changes to the CoMHWA Constitution and to bring it into line with the Associations Incorporations Act 2015.
