The 2019 CoMHWA AGM will be held on

Tuesday 22^nd October at Leederville Function Centre, 246 Vincent Street, Leederville

Please arrive at 5.30pm for registration and seated by 6pm to hear from our very special guest speaker

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM as it provides an opportunity to meet CoMHWA Board members, staff and other CoMHWA members. Members not attending the AGM in person may nominate a Proxy on the enclosed form. Proxy forms must be received by CoMHWA by 5pm, Friday 18^th October.

How to find us:
The Leederville Function Centre is located next to Leederville Oval and is just off Vincent Street. Leederville Train Station is a short 10 minute walk from the Function Centre. Alternatively there is plenty of parking outside the venue, at Subiaco Football Club, the Loftus Recreation Centre and surrounding streets.
