SUMMARY:World Cafe Focus Group: What is Good Co-Design? (CALD)
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nDo you have personal experience with mental health difficulties and would like to understand and be involved in co-designing peer support?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA PAID opportunity for mental health and disability advocacy. Take part with your lived mental health experience in CoMHWA’s Co-Designing Futures Project. \nMental health consumers have the right to participate in\, actively contribute to\, and influence government policies and programmes that affect their lives. With genuine engagement and effective results\, co-design has become more influential than ever in the mental health sector. \nIn this session we will explore genuine co-design for the consumer – “It is only co-design if consumer agrees that it is.” \nThis focus group session will be the second of SIX that you can be involved with. Attend all sessions to receive a Certificate of Completion in Co-Designing Peer Group Support Programme from CoMHWA.
